ABOUT THE PRACTICE

A Naples Legacy — Fighting for Southwest Florida

Some attorneys come to Naples to practice law. Darrin M. Phillips was raised here.

Darrin has called Naples home for over 55 years, since early childhood. His roots here run deep — his family arrived in the early 1970s and became true pioneers of the Naples dining scene, owning and operating two of the area’s most beloved and enduring restaurants, Pippin’s and Charley Brown’s. Long before Naples became the world-class destination it is today, the Phillips family was helping build it.

That history matters. When you hire Darrin Phillips, you are not hiring an attorney who relocated to Southwest Florida to chase cases. You are hiring someone whose family helped shape this community — someone who has a personal stake in the people and places he fights for every single day.

His wife is also a long-time Naples resident of nearly 50 years, and together they have raised three children here. Naples is not just where Darrin Phillips works. It is home — in every sense of the word.

30 Years of Fighting for Southwest Florida

Darrin Phillips has been practicing personal injury and employment law in Naples since 1995. For over three decades he has been representing individuals and families throughout Southwest Florida who have been injured, wronged, or taken advantage of.

In that time, he has built a reputation as one of the most experienced and tenacious plaintiff’s attorneys in Southwest Florida — an attorney who takes on insurance companies, corporations, and employers on behalf of real people, and who has the skills and credentials to win.

Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.

When someone else’s negligence causes you harm, you deserve full and fair compensation. Darrin has represented injured clients in cases involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, boating accidents, slip and fall injuries, unsafe premises, and nursing home negligence throughout Southwest Florida for 30 years. He knows these roads, these courts, and the insurance companies that operate in this market — and he knows how to fight them effectively.

For three decades, he has helped injury victims navigate the legal process and pursue the compensation they are entitled to under the law.

Labor and Employment Law.

As one of a small number of Board Certified labor and employment attorneys in Southwest Florida, Darrin represents both employees and management in workplace disputes. For employees, that means fighting for those who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, sexually harassed, denied wages, or had their rights violated in the workplace. For employers and management, it means providing skilled, experienced representation when facing employment claims.

This unique dual perspective — understanding both sides of the table — makes Darrin a more effective advocate for every client he represents.

When Darrin is not in the office or the courtroom, you will find him on the water, on the golf course, or enjoying the outdoors with his family — all of which Southwest Florida does better than anywhere else in the country.

If you have been injured in an accident or treated unfairly by an employer, Darrin Phillips would like to hear your story. Initial consultations are always free, and personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis — meaning you pay nothing unless he recovers compensation for you.
